When:         Tuesday December 5, 5:30pm registration, 6:00pm meeting

Where:      The Venue, 286 George St N, Peterborough ON K9J 3H2

Why:         In accordance with the Party constitution, this meeting is required for the purposes of electing Officers for the Riding’s Board of Directors and appointing an Auditor.  Reports from the President, Chief Financial Officer and Membership Chair will also be given.

Please note any person with a valid membership in the Association at least fifteen (15) days prior to the AGM may register to vote.  Lapsed members can renew their membership before 6:00pm to be eligible to vote at the meeting.
